Muffler Man of Grandville #105

While this place was managed by [redacted] I wouldn't mind going here. Now that they are under new management I dislike going here. They come up with every excuse just to let you know "it isn't our fault ". I've had work done on my vehicle when Chuck was around. I went back to get more work done and there was a new person there. Ok. I explained my concern. They looked at it told me what it was and fixed it. 4 months go by I went back (for the same problem) so they can tell me that it's only a 90 day warranty, which isn't on the receipt. Ok, no problem. I paid them again to re-fix the problem. 2 months later it happens again .I go in explaining the situation, again, and they showed me what was causing it and gave me an estimate. So I decided to get the problem re-fixed again seeing that it'll last at least 2 months I'd be able to save for the big job I was quoted on. I bought my own parts this time. They fixed it, no charge. 3 days later BOOM it happens again (over the weekend). I took it in Monday morning to only be told "IT ISN'T OUR FAULT ". The manager did not offer to look at it until I stormed out of the business. That was poor customer service. You don't ever tell your customers its not your fault. Just look at it and see if you can re-fix it again even if I had to pay for it.
