Review: I just purchased the Mueller Adjustable Back Brace Model 6711 and it is NOT "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" (or up to 50in)as the packaging and web site clearly state. My waist is 40 inches and I cannot get this around me at all. I just purchased it from Walmart and didnt think to save my receipt because the package clearly states one size fits all (up to 50in). Now I am stuck with this back brace that I cannot do anything with! I am very upset about this so I tried to contact Mueller RX directly and received this reply: "HiThank you for your interest in Mueller products. This is a one size fits most.I have seen this brace demonstrated to us on a very large man, 48 waist for sure.The problem is you need to pull both ends out to the sides and stretch the elastic way out, then bring back Over your mid area. It does work. But you do need strength in your arms to do this.Honestly I have seen this done many times. Sorry but we cannot help you!"Now I have used a Back Brace for over 12 years, I know how they work, and quite honestly it does not take much common sense to use a back brace however Mueller RX tends to disagree.All I want is a back brace that is true to size or my money back, nothing more!
