Muddy Roots Photography

I contacted this business to have photographs done twice; both over a year ago. We set up the shoots and shot them on the days we spoke about. However, when it came to receiving the edited photos back, she never sent them. I contacted her multiple times asking if the photos were done or if she could send them to me and she said she would but still never did. Finally, I inquired to her one more time about a separate shoot and she offered to do it for free since she still hadn’t gotten our other photos back to us and because we were so understanding and patient. Upon completion of that shoot; she promised to send the photos from all 3 shoots to me as soon as she was done editing the very last shoot pictures. She edited and sent the photos from the shoot she did for free but she still never sent the photos for the previous 2 shoots. I have asked for a refund or to get my photos back on both her personal page and her photography page. Seeing as I paid a $280 in total for the first two shoots that she never gave me my photos back from. She’ll continuously post on both her personal page and her photography page about shoots she does and everything else but still continues to ignore or delete my messages because I never receive a response on the issue. I just want my money back or to receive my photos that I paid for.
