Complaint[redacted] DBA Muddy Puddles Early Learning Center is using questionable business practices such as bait and switch, contract breach and intimidation of victim. I enrolled my 16 month old son in [redacted]'s daycare on [redacted] providing her with the necessary, signed paperwork for my son to start that day. At that point there was already a discrepancy in pricing as the pricing in the online handbook stated [redacted] for full time toddlers and we were asked to pay [redacted] per day. She stated that handbook was outdated and she would go on the website and fix the problem immediately. Another discrepancy at that time was the fact that in the handbook it stated that all meals and snacks were included in the price however she told me again in person that handbook was outdated and she would fix it immediately (which she only changed today). Today on [redacted] when I called [redacted] to ask about her snow day policy (as it wasn't included in the handbook) she stated that if there is a snow day she would alert us by text in the morning and we would still have to pay for that day. When I expressed my displeasure at all the discrepancies between the handbook online and what she is verbally telling me she stated that since we seem so unhappy and the communication doesn't seem to be working that she would be giving us a two week notice to find another daycare. Next thing I know [redacted] is telling my husband that because she can't find the contract we signed that contract is null and void and she will not be taking my son as of immediately. She refunded us the payment for the next 2 days however declined to refund us the [redacted] extra she had been charging us. In addition, as the contract is null according to her she owes us another [redacted] for days that she was paid for no services in addition to [redacted] for loss of wages for leaving us without a daycare on no notice. Last I heard from [redacted] is telling me to stop contacting her because I am "harassing" her. She is trying to intimidate me into silence.Product_Or_Service: Daycare ServicesDesired SettlementI would like a refund of the [redacted] x 16 days of us paying extra = [redacted] a refund of the [redacted] we paid for the days she was closed and we still had to pay her which was under the contract but if she wants the state the contract was void then that voids us paying her for those days she never provided us with services.Lastly I would like a refund of [redacted] for the day I had to miss from work because I had no prior knowledge of this impending breach of contact. Total = [redacted] refund
