Review: I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO SHIP SOME ITEMS TO MEXICO ,THE ITEMS ( INDUSTRIAL AIRLESS PAINT SPRAYER,FISHING POLES 3 EACH FISHING TACKLE THEY GOT PICKED UP AT MY HOME 9-28-13 I PAID THE SHIPPING FEES$ 200 THEY INSURED MY ITEMS FOR $300 1/4 THE COST OF SPRAYER SO AFTER 6 MONTHS I CALLED FOR INFORMATION ON MY ITEMS THAT DIDNT GET DELIVERED ,THEY SAID ITEMS LOST AND INSURANCE WOULD PAY THE$300 AND FREE DELIVERY ON MY NEXT SHIPMENT TO MEXICO, TO THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A PENNY FROMTHIS SO CALLED SHIPPING COMPANY ,THEY KEEP SAYING THAT PAYMENTS ARE BEING SENT TO PEOPLE THAT LOST ITEMS,AFTER MONTHS OF WAITING AND CALLING THEY SAID I WAS NEXT FOR REFUND $500 TOTAL THAT HAS BEEN MONTHS TO THIS DATE AND THEY DONT EVEN RETURN CALLS ANYMORE THIS IS FRAUD,THEFT AND FALSE ADVERTISMENT CONTRACT NO#[redacted]Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE FULL REFUND $500 PLUS INTEREST AND A FINE TO MUDANZAS VALLARTA INC FOR FRAUD,FALSE ADVERTISMENT AND THEFT

Review: We shipped a box full of clothing to Mexico using Mudanza Vallarta . The box arrived about 4-6 weeks late . That I can overlook. However when the box arrived to Mexico none of the original items were in there, I called the company and was told they must have mixed it up and given my box to someone else. How does this even happen? I have been trying to call them to follow up on their investigation but good luck on having them pick up the phone. They have not answered my call for over a week, At this point if they do not contact me in the next two days I will be filing a small claim lawsuit against this fraud company. I work in a law office and these type of businesses need to be taken to court because they feel its ok to take their customers money and then ignore them, Sorry but I am not gonna let you take my money when you did not fulfill your part of the agreement to deliver my items as is. I urge the Revdex.com to contact them immediately but good luck on even getting a response from these people.Desired Settlement: I want them to call me so we can get a refund of our money they can go get the junk they delivered to my family in mexico and give me my money back.
