Mtz Transmission Auto Glass

Review: I took my Nissan pickup to get a transmission issue assessed and fixed at the MTZ Transmission Auto Glass shop on 7th street on March 24, 2014. My vehicle would not go into reverse. I did not receive any paperwork or estimates for the work. The business had possession of my vehicle until April 18, 2014 when I went to pick it up after work was completed. The business claimed the work was complete and the issue was fixed. They charged me three hundred dollars and refused to accept anything but cash. After paying, the business refused to give me a receipt of any kind. They did not supply paperwork of any kind. The mechanic then told me the transmission cooler was no good. It had not been replaced or fixed. I upon closer inspection of the truck, found the transmission fluid was burnt. I took this up with the business, but they argued with me and claimed they put all new fluid in the truck. Now I have more issues with the transmission than before I took it in to the MTZ Transmission Auto Glass shop.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to refund the three hundred dollars that I paid for repairs not done on my vehicle by MTZ Transmission Auto Glas**

I [redacted] owner of MTZ Transmission Auto Glass in Modesto CA. received a complaint letter #[redacted] for a Nissan pickup that was repair on my shop. I personally don't recall [redacted] been the owner of this truck. Because who brought the truck to me in March 24 of this current year was an old customer of mine which I had rebuilt the transmission for this Nissan truck back in July 2012.
