accepting the replacement item from *** *** that was intended for the customer since she was unhappy with the product The customer was disappointed with the delay in resolving the issue, we explained that we needed to get the replacement from the manufacturer and then a refund could be issued. Customer shipped the item back via a prepaid return label to *** ***; it was received on 9/and the refund was issued in full Please note that the customer was satisfied with the end result.
