Sent my Playstation System in for repair, they received the system in the morning around 9:They began work on it at around 10:30/11:00amAround 7:00pm, it said "All Service Completed." I thought, "Oh great, will be shipped Monday!" Guess I was wrong, they sent me an empty box on Monday, and when I called in to see what was going on, apparently they were still doing tests on my systemI feel pretty crappy with the information I received$dollars down and all they can tell me is lies? I think I deserve a bit more than that
Great customer serviceHad an issue and it was quickly resolved (user error! - oops)I come here first when looking for anythingThey are always great to deal with, and they genuinely seem to careKeep up the good work MTC! You have a customer for life
They have a track record of losing your sent in warrantied items, and deflecting customer service requestsMTC has opened packages, put into a return box, and sent it back to the customer without any effort to investigate or repairCustomer service representatives are not kind and do not have social/people skills

First off, I should have created this on November 27th, 2017 - so I apologize for the inconvenience. Second, I created a case dated November 15, 2017 in regards to a faulty eject button on my ***. I sent it in on the 20th and it took about 4 days to get it fixed (I did received the package from *** on the 16th). The case has been closed on November 24th, 2017 in which my *** would either arrive on a Tuesday (which was the 28th). It turns out that I did receive the *** inside. What I got back in return was bubble wrap to protect the console, the same plastic to protect the *** while it was being shipped back, and the same cloth to make sure that no other dust particles would enter the console as well as the repair summary. It turns out that they did more than fixed the eject button. They replaced the lower cover, the chassis (which would have been the bottom part of the console), and the HDD cover as well as new void stickers and a seal label. It turned out that my console had scratches probably due to moving it around through a hard concrete surface (which is normal depending on the usual types of surfaces). Overall, the service was done at an excellent and professional manner. I could have wished that they would once again sell the 24 months of extended warranty (both accidental and non-accidental) since I was lucky enough to have that warranty before it happened to expire.
