TERRIBLE noisy slamming and banging of the dumpsters around in the morning wakes up our communityWe have a comparison as we use Waste Management who come after 7AM and have far better equipment and people because they hardly make any noise with our big metal dumpsters they provide

Most expensive dump in the USA, Waste Connections Incorporated Pueblo Colorado

Waste Connections of Colorado Inc. is engaged in deceitful practices and pricing.

My company has a national contract with a large insurance firm. I open and close their offices throughout the lower 48 states. I have been to landfills in every state disposing of excess office furniture. The offices are basically the same and will fit on a 24' rental truck, easily. I usually pay between $100-$200 for a truck full of office furniture. I have closed 50 or so offices throughout the USA and consider myself a dump expert :-)

I was charged $500.50 on 10/12/2016 to dispose of office furniture. I had a 26' [redacted] rental truck which was 1/2 full. $500.50!!

I had called them prior to dumping my load. They give you some generic pricing on their voicemail- [redacted] and it sounded within lines of what I usually pay. I spoke to an attendee and they accept office furniture and credit cards.

I have been a customer of Waste Connections for over 10 years. And I had given them a call because I had not received a statement in the mail, which so happen the last quarter as well, so I called them to see what was going on. I talk to three different reps. one in which was a person in their collections department. "Yes, collections department this company put my account in suspension because I had not paid in time. When I told them that I had not received my statement they basic stated that I was lying to them that they have proof that I did in fact get one. So, they told me that I had to pay for the 3 months plus a 25.00 fee for my account being placed with their in house collections department. Not to mention I never received a call about this either. However, I refused to do this and advised them to cancel my service with them. and they told me in order to do this that I had to pay for the month and half of service which is fine but on top of the fee of 25.00. This company was unwilling to figure out what was going on that they where so quick to charged me this fee and the month in a half of service and loss a customer, not only did they not listen to me or offer to help me in anyway they made me feel like I was not worth their time.
