Review: On the date of Sept 09.2013 I purchased a 1999 [redacted] from Mt Spokane Auto Sales at [redacted].In doing so I ask the sale person if he would fix the mirror on the right side of the truck and I would think about buying the truck [redacted] states that he would with no problem and if he could not find a use one he would buy it new and come to the house and put it on. Few days later I got the truck. I kept asking when was he going to fix the mirror he kept putting me off to this date he has not fix the mirror. But here's the kicker I was looking over my documents and I find that he charge me 150.00 dollars with out telling me what it was far. I also found that when I got my Registration I found that he charge me more money for tabs and that the registration states that Im a farmer.[redacted] charge me more money and place the truck as a farm truck adding another 65.00 on to 145.48 plus the 150.00 so when I explain this to him he put me out of his office I then brought my hubsand back and they got into it and he threaten to beat him up and told us not to come back to the lot any more.I feel that this person working in [redacted] name [redacted] at the Northside [redacted] are taking kick backs with this auto place and I think that this need a proper investagation. I dont knoe if this site will past this on but I hope so. I will be sending another complaint to the [redacted] an the to Olympia as well.Any document you need to see I have them everyone want me to give them to them but I will not release them until I find someone that is real and is going to look into this and take action.I have place this Scam on the internet and I have has some calls on this as to them being treated the same way.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL INVESTAGATION into the DMV and this AUTO SALE PLACE and then my refund

RE: [redacted]
Complaint
Number: [redacted]
Dear
Sirs:
This letter is in response to your letter sent to [redacted]
[redacted] of Mt. Spokane Auto Sales dated October 23, 2013 regarding [redacted]
[redacted].
On September 5, 2013, [redacted] purchased a 1999 [redacted]
*-[redacted] from Mt. Spokane Auto Sales in the amount of $4,800.00. She traded in a
1995 [redacted] in the amount of $800.00. Please see the enclosed purchase
order as signed by [redacted] and [redacted] (representing Mt. Spokane Auto
Sales).
Please
see the following responses to each item:
Mirror: When purchasing a
vehicle from any auto dealership (new or used) a customer will sign an item
called a due bill. This states any items that are to be addressed regarding the
sale. Once the customer signs this item, they are agreeing that no items have
been promised either orally or in writing unless they are listed on that
document. Please see the attached document signed by both [redacted] and
[redacted]. No promises were made.
Licensing:
We collect a licensing fee to license an individuals vehicle. The license fee
is an estimate at the time of purchase. We do not know the actual fee until
after the license is purchased. A fee in the amount of $142.98 was collected
from the customer. Licensing for this auto will be $98.50 per the Dept of Lie.
Unfortunately, when the licesing agent completed the paperwork for the truck,
they erroneously licensed it as a farm truck resulting in a fee of only $62.50.
This truck had been previously licensed as a farm vehicle under the previous
owner and un fortunately mistakes can happen. Currently, the licensing
department has been unable to correct this mistake as [redacted] must return
the incorrect licensing to [redacted] before they can reissue new
tabs. This is of no fault of Mt. Spokane Auto Sales and [redacted]
has tried to correct this, but are awaiting a response from Ms.
[redacted]. At no time will [redacted]
incur additional licensing fees once this is corrected. Again, this is of no
fault of Mt. Spokane Auto Sales. Once the licensing is corrected, we will send
[redacted] a refund of the difference between the actual fees and the
collected fees. Currently, we are waiting on [redacted] to get the proper
licensing. The $65.00 referred to in the customer's statement was the licensing
in the amount of 62.50 paid by Mt. Spokane Auto Sales (see attached).
Documentary Service *ee:
Mt. Spokane Auto Sales collected $150.00 documentary service fee as allowed by
the State of Washington. This is a negotiable fee at the time of purchase as
noted on the customers signed purchase order (enclosed). This amount was
provided to the customer on two different occassions. First with the initial
purchase or that was provided to the financial institution where financing was
obtained to purchase the vehicle and second when the final purchase order was
provided to the customer at the time of actual purchase. It clearly states on
the purchase order that this fee is negotiable. This form was sign by [redacted]
[redacted].
[redacted] entered our place of business on October 22,
2013 with a male individual. The male individual threatened to drag the
salesman ([redacted]) out into the road and let a car run over him. Our ten year old
son was in the office and called upset stating that there was an someone in the
office threatening [redacted]. Even after our son came out of the office in clear
view, the man continued to swear and yell at [redacted] with no regards. It wasn't
until our son's coach came to pick him up that the customer settled down. Due
to the nature of this activity, these individuals are not allowed on the
premises.
As stated above, once the licensing is corrected by Ms.
[redacted], a refund of the licensing difference will be sent in the form of a
check to her address at [redacted]
I hope the above provides you with the needed information
regarding each matter. If additional information is needed, please feel free to
contact us.
