I am rejecting this response because:First of all I find it somewhat satisfying that she finally got my name spelled properly.The dealers attitude is flippant at best.She’s acting like this was one rogue piece of mailtimes and I’m still receiving them.ill bring the next piece to her office, and witness the surprised look on her face.

I am rejecting this response because: The response that was given is shallow at best. Granted, it’s from the owner but her Gm told me the same thing and I received two more.  I will  almost guarantee it will happen again. The Manufacturer removed Me from their lists with one phone call.Im not happy, The owner can remove me from any list that her business controls.
