Mr [redacted] has a warranty through American Home Shield, Contract # [redacted] The repair process of AHS is to have a HVAC company repair or replace to fix the issue in question AHS does not guarantee the part replaced or fixed will be the same color as the previous part We follow the guidelines of American Home Shield and their policies If the customer is unsatisfied with the repair or replacement, he needs to contact his warranty company, AHS at 1-800- [redacted]
