I ordered a mod device from mt baker ,nad had to return device ,because negative connection was rusted ,and smelled burnt,customer returns validated it was devictive ,and sent me new device??? Well the device I got back was the very same device ,rusted and smells burnt,how can this happen twice??At this point I dont want any product from this company ,just my money back

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY ON Friday AUGUST 5TH, 2016 AT 8:17AM. THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT SAME DAY. HOWEVER, IT IS NOW AUGUST 11TH, 2016 AND MY ORDER STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT "THEY DO NOT KNOW" WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIP AND THAT IF I WANT A REFUND IT WILL TAKE 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEM!!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HOW CAN YOU EVEN ALLOW TO TAKE ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS WHEN YOU CANT GIVE THE CUSTOMERS A VERIFIED SHIPPING TIME. I ALSO OFFERED TO SEE IF I COULD PICK THE ITEMS UP IN STORE AND THEY SAID THIS IS NOT AN OPTION FOR THE LOCATION IN WASHIGNTON BECAUSE THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE IS IN ARIZONA.
