Review: Several times our apartment community has had plumbing issues from busted pipes to faulty plumbing. Our toilet has been clogged since the night of 03/13/2016 and I have left several messages for the management of MSSR Inc. However, I have yet to hear from anyone concerning our problem. I toilet is also a health problem because now my wife, my kids, and myself now have to go other places to use the facilities. MSSR Inc. has been lacking in concern for the well being of its tenants and the amenities.Desired Settlement: We would like MSSR Inc. to fix plumbing issues in a timely manner without causing issues with its tenants.
