Nowhere in the ad does it state "free only on bulk orders or for repeat customers", nor was that response provided to me during my communications with the business.Their ad is false and deceiving, and in my opinion bait and switch. "call us to verify what we will haul for free" - added to all posts"We offer service in the following areas: Arvada, Aurora, Bennett, Boulder, Broomfield, Castle Rock, Centennial, Denver, Edgewater, Elizabeth, Englewood, Erie, Evergreen, Firestone, Franktown, Frederick, Golden, Highlands Ranch, Lafayette, Lakewood, Littleton, Lone Tree, Longmont, Louisville, Northglenn, Parker, Sedalia, Sheridan, Superior, Thornton, Westminster, Wheatridge" - the word free taken out, however we still offer all of our services (trash removal, junk car recycling, & scrap metal recycling) in the following areas.Its unfortunate that the ad was confusing, but I thought by advising of the small fee for small loads before anything is scheduled, I gives potential clients the opportunity to decide whether or not to use my service or continue searchingI am not offended if they choose not to schedule anything with me
