Review: I reached this company in error when I was trying to call [redacted]. They claimed to be a Dell partner and suggested that I buy Network Security software worth $159.99. When I realized they were not Dell, I asked them to cancel this purchase and send me written confirmation of the canceled transaction. They did not send me this confirmation.The number I had called was ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Also, their phone reps should not pose as [redacted] representatives.
