M's Family Restaurant

Review: On April [redacted] I had a party at M's Family Restaurant. We had a contract stating what food would be offered. On the day of the party we noticed a dinner option was not available, nor was the full dessert offering available. They also said that there were 3 people in attendance more than actually there. We paid the bill and went home to review the contract and we noticed that we were correct in expecting those missing items. When we arrived home we double checked the contract. We contacted M's Family restaurant owner, [redacted] via [redacted] as they do not have a website and I wanted our conversation in print rather than on the phone. He seemd appologetic and was willing to refund for the additional people that were not there and the missing meal and dessert. We have not received the refund check (about $200)yet. Each week I contacted him via email and each week he said he would send it. I did call him a couple of weeks ago and he said he would have someone call me the next day regarding this. And of course, no call. I followed that up with another message, and still nothing. I informed him I would contact the Revdex.com if he we didnt receive a check. I have all conversations excluding the phone call available to view if needed.Desired Settlement: [redacted] of M's Family Restuarant said he would send a check nearly 7 weeks ago, and I expect the check for $200.
