SMS Assist seemed like a great property management company to work for. They have a well put together vendor training site and a good vendor app. We are currently having a problem getting paid for landscape services for Family Dollar. Started out great then payments got slower then eventually none. I have called numerous times and always get same answer, "we will send it right out". Never shows up. Bad company to work for.
