Review: Very dissapointed in service received, after confirming an appointment over the phone for a mount and wire concealment in walls. We agreed on a date and time, that day and time arrived and no one was there. When I reached out [redacted] responded with can we reschedule. I am very reasonable so I agreed. [redacted] came on the day and time for the visit. [redacted] managed to mount my tv but said he would have to return with proper equipment to finish the job. I have plaster walls, ok I was alittle concerned but not to much he sounded sure he would return or send his guys. After paying in full, which he requested even though the job was not complete and left without rescheduling and appointment he said he would be I touch within the hour to let me know an appointment. Since that time I have reached out to [redacted] everyday for the next several days just asking for an appointment. I got many reasons, car broke down ,Very busy superbowl weekend. Plaster walls,Sound because I live in a coop. Finally after threatening him with aCall to the Revdex.com and contactig and attorney I received a response stating basically he has lawyer as well for people like me and not mistake his kindness for weakness. Since the coop has rules which I never even discussed with him, he said he would be out today Saturday at 8am to finish the job. I said thank you all I wanted was an appointment. Well after spending a day today waiting for [redacted], he did not show or call. I have worked in customer service for my entire life. As a business person this is not theWay to run a business, first you come out and can't finish a job you should not take a payment from your client. As well as leaving without rescheduling. Not to mention I was the one reaching back out to reschedule. I cannot tell you how truly disappointed I am. I was so excited to have mounted tv for the first time the way I wanted it. Now I have to spend more money to hire someone to finish the job tht should have been done.I have text messages confirming.Desired Settlement: Since the service was not completed, I now have to have another company come out to finish but pay in full for the same type of work. I wanted a TV mount with in wall wire concealment, and received a wall mount that I could have done myself. The idea was to pay a professional to conceal the wires and while they are at it they can mount the tv.[redacted] kept trying to cover all this up with coop rules, meanwhile we never discussed this, and nothing of this work is stated in my coop agreement.

Sincerely,

Review: I am a [redacted], with no family or friends to have helped me see this coming: on February [redacted] I hired Mr. TV Installations, aka, [redacted], to mounted my tv, instead he tried to advantage of my situation. In the middle of the TV mount installation, with holes in my walls, he was claiming that he had to upcharged me for hdmi cables that weren't included in the original price when he had quoted me at the start of the project at $200. He claimed that he didn't have my length wire in stock in his truck so he left for what was supposed to be 5 minute trip to home depot took over an hour and a half and I paid $17 for a dual set of cables that he purchased for $7. He then stole one of the new hdmi cables along with my original cable box hdmi, leaving me with no cables. The low quality hdmi cable he did install broke within a day of use because he didn't reinforce them in the back of the TV since its a swivel mount. When I got in touch with him he seemed friendly but I realized afterwards that he was giving me the run around when I asked him to come back. I waited home all day on two separate occasions for him because he kept telling me that he was coming within the next few hours his excuse was he had to finish his customer's projects.

During my text requests to have him come back to replace the broken hdmi cable he kept saying, "I have thousands of cables, why would I take yours," so then why did he charge me if he had thousands of cables? Also, I just moved in this apartment so it would be next to impossible to have misplaced my cables. At the end of the second day of waiting and being frustrated (this was 6 days later without a function tv installation), I told him that I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and decided to confronted him about his up charge, he just started to give me attitude, deflecting everything, addressed me with foul language, threatening me for harassment, refused to give me my cables back, the $17 dollars he overcharged me and $20 tip I so naively gave him.

I went to home depot and had to buy a new cable and thats when I saw the cable he got was $7 bucks. I still have the original package of the cables as a cross reference to home depot. I had initially requested he leave me a receipt which he agreed to but didn't. He wanted cash, that should have been a red flag, but thankfully he accepted my check of $217 dollars.Desired Settlement: I would like my two hdmi cables back: one was standard cable box length (maybe 6 feet), and the second cable that was included in the dual package was a 6 foot cable, a reimbursement of $17 dollars for the dual cables he overcharged me from the original quoted price of $200 dollars that was agreed upon before he put holes in my walls, and the $20 dollar cash tip I gave them. I do not want this man coming back into my home.

Review: My complaint involves [redacted] from MrTVstallations. I paid him $1,300 to install a TV and run cables out of site in my living room. I have been trying to get him back to finish the job for over 2 weeks. He doesn't return my phone calls, and when I make an appointment he doesn't show up for the appointment. After the first 3 no shows, I literally just can't rearrange my schedule each time for him to not show up. I have a review of how poorly they did from a customer service perspective, but ultimately, I paid him for a job he never finished, and while I can suffer through his no shows for a while, ultimately I paid money for a job that wasn't complete. He still is supposed to put an Infrared receptor on the TV, fix the optical audio cable which doesn't work, and install the audio so I don't have to keep on swapping wires each time I want to listen to another device.Desired Settlement: At this point, I have no confidence that he will perform the job correctly. I am nervous about him being in our home, and I now have to hire someone else to finish the job. I simply want a portion of my money back, not the entire amount. Whatever it costs for someone else to come and finish the job. I think that it will likely cost $500 for someone else to come and finish.I would like a $500 refund so that I can buy the parts, and hire the person to finish.
