I went in for glass replacement on my iPhone X. It was replaced appropriately. I purchased a cell phone case and an adapter for earbuds to fit the iPhone X jack. The case Ahlame Z. attempted to put on my phone and it would not fit. Ahlame even asked another person to try it. So I chose a different one that fit fine. I checked my email for the receipt and had not received it. I asked for printed receipt and received one. Despite the fact that the gentleman who also tried to fit the first case mentioned "this is what the Revdex.com is for" I did not try the adapter. When I got home and carefully removed it from the box it did not work. I returned to the store and asked for a replacement. My receipt stated it was an Apple adapter. It was not. None of the other 3 adapters hanging on the shelf worked. She told me I would get a refund. On return home the receipt showed credit 16.04, payout 16.04, balance 0.00. When I calmly warned another customer to try any items before leaving the store Ahlame Z. told me "get out of my store." I agreed to leave as soon as my receipt was available. It was not in my email yet so I asked for paper receipt. She refused to print one. Then she threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. Still no receipt so she called police. My email receipt arrived, I tried to leave and she grabbed me by the arm and told me not to leave. I pulled away and she yelled expletives at me as I walked out the door. On review of the receipt she did NOT refund me. It was a frightening experience.

on 1/30/2020 jacqueline trueblood visited my store she bought an item with total price of $16.04, and in 2/13/2020 she came back for a refund saying that the item is not working. she inter the store with very bad attitude....... .after I refund her a full amount she start telling the customers to leave and don't buy from the store. I asked her to leave politely ,she refused and I told her if not i'll call the police.
I issued the refund on 2/13/2020 and usually takes 3 to 15 days to show the amount in the account. I noticed that she complained to Revdex.com on 2/13/2020. I contacted the credit company and its show the refund being issued.
