Review: I went to MRNJ Premier outpatient radiology center in [redacted] NJ. About 1- 2 years ago, when I asked for my films from a previous visit 1-2 years before they expressed they lost my films for an ultrasound that has been monitored for quite a long time. They stated they moved offices and that is why they lost the films.When seeing them about 1-2 years back they performed an ultrasound and again lost the films.The radiologist was empathetic and we could not believe how in professionally this was handled.I then spoke to a Mgr. there and asked for some type of courtesy credit towards a next visit.I paid out of pocket for the ultrasounds of about $150.00 for each visit. $300.00 total.I then was referred to Dr. [redacted] who runs the office. I told him I was in need of a MRI and he said he would take care of it at n/c. I then said I would need something in writing.He never sent a letter nor return the calls. In addition I went in person and spoke to the Mgr.and he refused to come out of his office.Highly in professional. I have been in business for over 26 years and would consider this more so of a concern since it is health related.Since I have a HMO now I will not being using their services again nor would I want to.I ask they refund $300.00. I have moved last year and was not able to keep up with this dispute.Hopefully this will be handled in a more professional manner and amicable.
