mr appliance came to my house and misdiagnosed my washer stated the ccu computer was bad they wanted to charge 422.00 dollars to repair which I though was high after the service tech told me the part was 224.00 dollars the rest was labor which part would take no more then 15 min to put on so I paid the 79.00 service fee tech advised this part (ccu) would fix the problem so I ordered the part replaced it and still have the same problem . the eo2/fo6 code were still present . I called and talk to the manager she blamed it on the parts I bought come to find I did some more digging myself and found the mcu (motor control unit ) was shorted and circuit board was burnt told mr appliance this info and stated they are sticking by there technicians diagnosis I advised them to come back out and test new part I bought they wouldn't do that also would not come back out to show me the part they said was failed was bad either I wasn't looking for the 165.00 iam out for the part they told me was bad that I bought thinking that it was going to fix it just wanted my 79.00 service call back
We offered to come back out and repair the problem, but you did not want us to. I am sorry but we did the diagnosis and we will not be offering a refund. That is our policy.

I am rejecting this response because:
I asked them to come back out and show me the part that they said was failed . they would not come back out unless they charged an additional service fee of 79.00 dollars there diagnosis was completely wrong . the part they said was bad did not fix the washer I had to replace the motor control unit to get it to work they brought out two guys now I see maybe the guy looking at it was a rookie . next letter will be to the attorney generals office
