My wife and I ordered Chinese food to be delivered from MrWong II We ate an egg roll each and some pork fried rice However, when my wife bit into her sesame chicken she felt a bone instead of meat She removed it from her mouth and noted what appeared to be a chicken's foot We stopped eating and immediately called the restaurant I explained the problem to the male who answered the call but he seemed confused and passed the phone over to a female She had trouble comprehending that we might have gotten a foot in our meal When my wife tried to clarify it for her, the lady said it was only "flour" and not a bone My wife disputed this and asked for a refund The lady, who said her name was ***, told us to bring the food in to the store so she could see it When told it was delivered, she said the delivery guy was busy and could not come back This went on for several minutes without *** offering a refund She did offer to replace the meal, but we are afraid to

shocked. There is nothing about chicken foot on that menu. How can I believe

your money. What we need to relevant testimony. Unfortunate, you have throw
away when we first asked you to bring to our store. Second time after your
dispute, we decided to return your money, because we need consumer. We are
willing to take some losses. But you still insisted that we should send the
money to your house and then you give us the meal. We don’t know how to trust
your words. The food you have already eat, we wondering what you going to give
us. Also, we can not leave our position during evening, once a man left his position
we will be busy. We hope you understand that the hardships of entrepreneurs. We
welcome all of the customers bring their food with question to our store. Because

We stopped eating and immediately called the restaurant. I explained the problem to the male who answered the call but he seemed confused and passed the phone over to a female. When told it was delivered, she said the delivery guy was busy and could not come back. This went on for several minutes without [redacted] offering a refund. She did offer to replace the meal, but we are afraid to order from them anymore. This take-out changed ownership recently and we have had numerous problems with any orders placed since the change. This is definitely our last order from this business, as both their food and their customer service need to improve drastically.Desired Settlement: We paid $17.61 for our dinner, most of which we threw out. I would like our card to be credited for this amount. Even though we did eat some of the meal, their customer service was shameful and [redacted] had no interest in our complaint.
