the technicians found out the HDMI port had a problem, so they hooked up a different HDMI input and it workedA couple weeks later, Atiya called us again so our technicians came out a second timeThey found out both the TV and cable box had a problem, so they switched the cable box with another one in the other room We charged her $for the 2nd visit because it was not our fault. She called us again yesterday and we found out the TV was having problems againWe came out a third time and determined her TV was at faultShe understood the TV is going bad when our technician explained what the problem wasWe were suppose to charge her $again for our technicians labor but we didn't charge for the third visitAre we obligated to come out continuously if the TV was the problem all along? We give our customers a 2-year extended warranty with our serviceIt covers any issues with our installation such as the TV falling down, damage to plumbing or floors, and if any equipment they bought from us is faulty However, our warranty doesn't cover any issue with their TV, cables, or other equipmentPlease close this complaint issueThe problems had nothing to do with our service.
