My basement was getting leaks/water every year especially spring as the snow melts or an extreme storm and it was just getting worse. Abalon was referred to by a landscaping company that I had just complained about. I have no knowledge about maintaining house properly or enough money but I had to get a loan to cover the costs with the lanscaping included. Abalon was aware of my financial situation and handled it quite well with me as I expressed my frustration. We agreed on some terms even before the work was done. Abalon did not do the excavating but just repaired the foundation as agreed and they did a phenominal job! It's only been a few days and it did rain but no water seen so far!
