Mr. Transmission of Parker

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. [redacted] in Parker Colorado has never apologized, nor has Mr. [redacted] corporate.  Had a proper apologized occurred at the time of the incident this would not have had to be escalated to the level that is has.  At this point, as I have already stated in my original email to Mr. [redacted] Customer Service I do not wish to deal with the Parker location.  As there appears to not be another location within 130 miles of me, I would request that Mr. [redacted] pays for 50% of the repairs at  Centennial Auto Repair in Parker.
