for the response to this complaint, our company do the best to keep their paperwork at check.the client vehicle was towed and after hours was liened through our outside lien companyshe picked up her car and lien company notified DMV thru
fax and letter,we even went beyond and took one step to call them and spoke to *** and they did say lien was removed.I have all the proof and I will fax it.this is the only step we can take for removing the lienits all up to DMV and their time

I have only received confirmation from the lien company that the lein paperwork was started on the day I contacted themMr T's was verbally abusive on the phone with me and hung up on me twiceI require all paperwork with proof of their request to remove and the lein company's paperwork ASAP
