and required extensive modification and finish work.When the customer dropped the vehicle off he was unsure of what work he wanted done at the time. He was considering a few different options, either an all over paint job, an all over paint job with rust repairs, or just installation of the body kit. The customer stated he needed to speak with his wife to confirm what repairs he would be moving forward. It was not until a week after the car dropped off that he finally made a decision to just paint and install the 5 piece body kit. We went above and beyond to make sure his parts fit properly and looked acceptable.The original price was an estimated cost, however we did not charge any additional money even after all the extra extensive labor involved due to the poor quality and fitment of the customer supplied parts.We feel that due to the many hours of free labor given to the customer already no further compensation is warranted.Please feel free to call us at ###-###-#### if you have any questions or concers.Sincerely,Daniel R[redacted], OwnerMr. Spoiler
