[redacted] Hello [redacted] I am requesting, if possible to reopen the above complaint number [redacted], involving our car and Mr. Sparkle Car Wash and damage to our car. The matter was closed due to lack of response from message on 10-20-2016. My apology for delayed response. I had time today to scan my receipts and respond accordingly and hadn't realized the 8 day lapse in time. Mr Sparkle Car Wash Vice President Paul [redacted] had responded that he would cover our cost of the damage to the wheel. We do have a claim filed with our insurance and I have paid out of pocket $500.00 for the deductible. If possible may we open the claim and contact Mr. [redacted] Our Nissan was purchased only 4 weeks ago the damage to the wheel happened only 2 weeks of our purchase. I have the appropriate documents of repair and car rental attached to this email. Any help you may be able to apply toward reopening this matter would be greatly appreciated.
