Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Toronto ON

This company should clearly state their strict parking requirements directly on its website. I contacted them to request an estimate and spoke to a customer service representative on the phone, but she told me that even though there is parking right outside the building's entrance at the back of the building, they cannot provide the service because it is not "designated parking". This makes no sense to me as it is parking for the building complex. It is pay parking but I offered to pay for the parking when the plumber arrived so it would not cost them anything. I find that fairly ridiculous, and I've never had a problem with any other service company parking there. They are obviously not in need of customers
