Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Northern Colorado

Mr. Rooter has been in contact with the customer and is looking for the correct flooring to complete the project. It has proved challenging to replace flooring as original flooring is discontinued. Mr. Rooter is committing to resolving by 7/21/17

We apologize for the delay in execution of the stated job. The delay was caused by the permitting process with the municipality in providing current bond and license information as well as obtaining the permit itself. All of these issues have been completed as well as the work for the customer.

response because: Mr. Rooter has had the alternate product information since 5/26.On 3/31 Scott came to our house to install the flooring that we had left from the original install. He didn't have enough so he promised to go buy more and reschedule. On 4/7, after not hearing from Mr. Rooter since 3/31 I asked for an update and was told by Jason that we were at the top of the list to get this done.On 5/10, after not hearing from Mr. Rooter since I called on 4/7 I was told that they couldn't find the flooring. I said we would find something to use instead.On 5/26 I provided the model number of the replacement flooring and told Mr. Rooter that they would need to go buy it and probably replace all of the flooring in the room since the pieces wouldn't fit with what was installed. On 6/15 Scott showed up to install the flooring and hadn't been told that he was supposed to pick up the flooring first. He said he would go get the flooring and be back in a couple of hours. He never came back and neither he nor anyone else from Mr. Rooter called to explain why.On 6/21 I left a message for Scott asking for an update. He never called back.On 6/22 I called Jason who said he would have Scott call me. Scott never called.So here we are, six weeks after I gave them a replacement model number, once through their website forms and once over the phone and they are still claiming they can't find a replacement.Sincerely,

Office staff has indicated the check was endorsed and cashed in February 5th.
