Mr Response has failed to perform the service for which we paid. All attempts to get a resolution from Mr Response have failed.[redacted] contracted Mr Response to perform an audit on an area retailer. Per their invoice # XXXXX, they claim it was done [redacted] No data from the audit was ever submitted to [redacted] despite the fact that the invoice being paid on [redacted] All attempts to collect data have failed. We are hung up on, given excuses, or are not responded to at all. At one point, I was told that we'd have to wait for the person who could address our issue to be in the office since they work in another office location. I asked for the number to that location, and was told that they didn't have the number. When I called back another time, I was then told that they only have 1 location. Their website only lists one address. I can only conclude that I was lied to.Desired SettlementWe request a full refund of the above mentioned invoice, but will accept the data for which they were paid provided it is of sufficient quality. That's 3 emails to your company with all of the information your now asking for.In the interest in getting this finalized please provide your email information so I may send the audit to you also, so that you'll have it and hopefully this will be settled.Please respond to my email [redacted]Also we have 5 locations with one main office.
