Mr. Refrigerator Repair

Review: On April 3, 2014, [redacted], Owner of Fast & Fair Appliance Repair came out to repair my freezer side of my refrigerator. A line was clogged causing it to leak water into the freezer which then would freeze up. Also my water dispenser stopped working. He fixed both problems and gave me a 90 day warranty. A week later water started to leak again. I called him and left a message. No reply. I called a second time and he said he will call me in a day or two to schedule a time to come out. Several days later I called him and he said he was getting ready to call me, but the number he gave me was not mine. He said he had a family emergency, but promised to call me. I have never heard back from him. I telephoned several times leaving messages. I even tried texting him. He still refused to call me. My husband tried several times. I finally sent a certified letter to him explaining the numerous times I had tried to contact him and if he would please contact me as soon as possible. It has been a few weeks and I have not heard from him. He did get the letter. I have the signed receipt from the post office.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund if he refuses to come out and fix the freezer. The total was $179.00.
