Review: mr refinish reglazed a tub at my rental property. Four months later paint was peeling off of sides. Mr. refinish wouldn't even look at the problem unless he was paid $65.00 to take a look at it and then another $450. to fix it. Without ever looking at it he stated it's because of the use of a bath mat. This is not the case as the paint is peeling off the sides not the bottom. Tub underneath the paint still looks shiny and new as if it was never properly prepared for the paint.Desired Settlement: I would have appreciated him going out to the house to look at the problem without charging me $65. to do so. Since he refuses to do that unless I pay him this amount I have written him a letter asking for my money back, the $549.00 he requested that I pay him in cash the day he did the job.
