Need a professional , courteous plumber ? Try these guys. I called about a broken pipe , they said they would get someone on the way . 1 hour later , the pipe was fixed and they were gone. FAST is an understatement ! Reasonable prices from personable plumbers ! 5 stars !! Will definitely call again !
They are the most efficient, well priced, and excellent service plumbing company in the valley of the sun!
Mr. [redacted] Let me begin by saying that I...
sincerely apologize to you for this experience you had with our company. We have been in the plumbing business since 1957. Our slogan is “Trust Earned The Old Fashion Way”. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. After reading your complaint and talking with my technician and the customer service representative you spoke with, I came to the following conclusion: As a leading installer and service company of water heaters in the valley we know that tankless water heaters are more complicated than conventional water heaters. By the time many customers call us they have already talked to the manufacturer for troubleshooting purposes. That’s the reason our technician asked if you had talked to them. Incidentally, the technician who called on you is experienced in working on tankless water heaters. I will be happy to immediately refund your $109. Respectfully, Gene G[redacted] Owner & Founder Mr. Plumber / Scottsdale Home Service Plumbing
They were very flexible in adjusting their schedule for me to work out an issue with the city of Phoenix. Highly recommend.
Amazing! I inadvertently punctured a water pipe and flooded our laundry room. Called these guys at 3pm Saturday on Labor Day weekend. They were at my house in 1 hour! Fixed the hole, answered all my questions. Finished in under 2 hours. WOW. Charge was very reasonable. It was an emergency situation, and they did not rip me off with usury fees. Family owned. Honest price for honest work. REALLY liked them!
Unclogged a drain, snaked the system, replaced a toilet flush handle, and replaced leaky sprinkler plumbing. The work went very well. The plumber explained everything he was going to do before doing it. He was professional and pleasant during the entire service visit.
Called Mr Plumber and was greeted by a friendly voice who then had Geno call me to schedule an appointment. Within an hour of calling Geno showed up and started to work. Listened to my comments on the problem and proceeded to clean the drain. Friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing. Problem solved.
Gino came on the same day I called for service. Quick, efficient, and removed some old plumbing connections under the sink and installed modern ones.
Got here as scheduled and installed garbage disposal. Also performed a water heater flush. Quick and efficient.
Gene was very professional. Easy to speak with; gave me a competitive quote over the phone, showed up on time and did the job correctly. Would definitely use them again.
Very tough job - hard to get at: under and between twin sinks, counter sunk into plywood counter base, rusted on ... Removed rusted on kitchen sink faucet. Required cutting with power tool above and below the granite counter top to remove it. Then installed new faucet and cleaned up. Will definitely hire again
Professional and reliable. Felt like I got honest pricing and good value for the money.
Service was FANTASTIC!! I had used Mr. Plumber of Scottsdale before to replace a broken pipe. Thursday night
I noticed we did not have hot water. After checking the electrical I sent a message through Angies List to Mr. Plumber –
I received a message back Friday Morning. I explained my problem - they said he would have someone out that afternoon.
He quoted a price for the hot water tank. Late Friday afternoon the technician arrived. First reviewed the hot water tank
and it was "Fried". The tank was 10 years old - and had so much sentiment build up it wouldn't even drain.
The technician was able to get it to drain, then installed a new tank. They had bought a tank with them in case
the old tank could not be prepared. Very impressed with the prompt, courteous, and price as quoted service. GOOD JOB!!
On time, on budget and very helpful. Thank you!
Review: I contacted this business on 1/22 to request service on my tankless gas water heater. I was told they do service this type of heater and that someone would call me to set up an appointment. A technician did call and me and set up a 9am appointment for 1/25.
When the technician arrived at 10:15 on 1/25, he asked me if I had been on the phone with the manufacturer to troubleshoot the problem. While I had not, I did offer information I found online regarding the error code I observed on the heater. He had no tools and seemed frustrated that no toll free number was posted on the equipment.
He had little suggestion as to how to proceed and suggested I contact the Revdex.com to complain about the manufacturer, offered that [redacted] carries them if I wanted to buy a replacement and charged me a $109.00 "diagnostic charge". The issue is that no diagnostics were completed and based on his actions, I have the sense that he was not trained to repair this type of heater.
I contacted the company on 1/26 and expressed my dissatisfaction. After the office contacted the technician, I received a call and was told that the unit control board was probably bad however this was never disclosed to me during the service call. I was then told if the unit was repairable, the check would not be cashed.
I was able to have the unit serviced by AM/PM plumbing who discovered a problem with the flue cap and replacement has fixed the problem completely.
The company went ahead and cashed the check and my concern is that the technician was not qualified to diagnose and/or repair this type of water heater. Whether the fee is returned or not, I think the company should be honest about whether they have technicians trained in servicing various types of tankless gas water heaters.

Review: Requested service to replace a toilet flange on June 18, 2015. Service performed on 6/19/15; however, all the rep did was replace the wax ring to toilet (which I had previously done myself...twice...which did not solve the toilet leak)saying this was what was required as a first step. He gave me his cell phone number stating that if I continued to have problems, let him know and he'd come back. I called him a few hours later, but with the weekend coming up and us going to CA for three months, the repair was put on hold until our return in September. I called to have the repair completed (again) and a service man came out only to tell me that if there was not water on the floor he could not pull the toilet without charging me again. I let him go. Water continued to seep from under the toilet front and sides, so I pulled the toilet out myself to find that the flange was still in need of replacement. When I called Mr. Plumber to ask to get this done, I was told that since I pulled the toilet out myself I basically invalidated the warranty! I called another repair person who fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and it clearly was a faulty flange and it was replaced. I expect a refund in full from Mr. Plumber in the amount of $135 for invoice #[redacted] which I paid on 6/19/15 for service that did not solve the initial problem!Desired Settlement: Refund in full of initial fee of $135
