My family is thankful to Mr. Plumber (Mr. Mike T & his assistant) for his honest work, excellent customer service, and skillful workmanship. A few months ago, Mr. Plumber replaced our hot water tank. Just recently, Mr. Plumber replaced all the parts within our bath tub faucets. In both work orders, the job completed were covered by a five year warranty with labour included. Not only was the work done well, Mr. Plumber also gave advise on how to properly maintain the tank & faucets so that it would have a long life. Mr. Plumber is a rare find and we were blest to have him for our plumbing needs.

Mike is one in a million. Came and repaired a long-standing problem that several plumbers before him were unable to fix. I highly recommend this very competent professional.

I found Mike at Mr. Plumber on the *** site and called him based on the positive reviews. He did not disappoint. We are being relocated across the country and following inspection of our home we had to fix each line item in the inspector report on a very short timeline. Mike came in and investigated and wrote a detailed report stating which items needed to be fixed, which items DID NOT need to be fixed and outlined how each item should be handled which we were able to submit. He was very generous with his time and was very informative. He was able to fix the drip in the sink in our basement, fixed the hot water pressure in our kitchen faucet. The big sticking point with the relocation company was the jets in our master tub didn't work. They didn't when we bought the house so it had been several years unused. He provided a scenario analysis for the tricky repair of the jets - he had a base case scenario to replace the air tube going to the switch and if that didn't work we would have had to break tile, we would essentially have to redo the tile in our entire bathroom to replace the pump. He costed out each scenario (ex. tile) and ensured we understood the implications of each scenario. Luckily the less invasive solution worked and it was at a cost less that we anticipated. He was honest, efficient and I really appreciate all his efforts. It certainly relieved a lot of stress. I would highly recommend using Mike at Mr. Plumber.

I discovered that my kitchen sink had a small leak and used the Revdex.com request a quote to find a plumber. Mike from Mr Plumber contacted me promptly and provided an overview of pricing based on my description. Luckily he had a cancellation, and was able to book me in same day. He was friendly, informative and efficient. He resolved the problem and fixed another small issue that would have become a bigger problem soon. The price was what he quoted and he provided a great explanation of the work completed and his warranty. I would definitely use Mr Plumber again.

Our water main was leaking between the house and the city's shutoff valve. Mike at Mr. Plumber was very careful to talk through the options for fixing the problem, and he did an excellent job. He was very efficient, thorough, and pleasant to work with. He even worked on the Thanksgiving holiday Monday. He also arranged for us to have water over the weekend prior to that holiday by hooking us up to our neighbour's house with a hose that could stand the pressure. He is a plumber who you can trust to do a good job for a reasonable price.

I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber, aka Mike ***. He recently replaced my outdoor faucet. Mike provided detailed information and estimates over the phone, and after assessing the situation, provided alternatives with varying prices. Mike is very personable, arrived on time, the work was well done, and the price was in keeping with the estimate. I was very pleased as I have had less than satisfactory experiences with plumbers in the past.

I would like to take this time, to thank Mike and his Assistant, for arriving at my Home, to repair my Kitchen Sink Tap. A couple of Plumbers, from 2 different companies attempted to fix it, that day, in April 2017. However, the first had an unprofessional temperament, storming out, when I could not pay him immediately, with cash. The other one, bragged how good he was, but left underneath the Sink, without checking for leaking Taps/Pipes, causing a soggy mess! I contacted him to try and get it cleaned up, but was ignored. A week later, I finally was gratefully successful, finding Mike!
Again, I thank you very much, to Mike and his Assistant, for their time and consideration, regarding my stressful, plumbing issues.
