Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop

On 08/01/2017 a family came into the store to order some sandwiches, one of the ladies told [redacted] that she wanted a kids salami sandwich and then told her she would be right back. [redacted] waited for the lady to come back, around 5 min had passed and she hadn't returned. [redacted] proceeded to wrap up...

the sandwich and hand it to me to ring out. The grandmother paid for the sandwich they went and sat down and about 5 min later she came back up to the counter saying there was no veggies on the sandwich and that they were particular with the young girl eating her vegtables. I told her I was sorry that the veggies were not on the sandwich and the only reason why they were not on there was because the lady whom placed the sandwich order told the girl making the sandwich that she would be right back but I had no problem fixing the sandwich. She said she was going to talk to her daughter, she then went and sat back down in the booth. About 5 min had passed and the daughter had returned and she came up to the counter and I wouldnt say slammed but she set the sandwich down very roughly, and said this is not what I ordered. I said you order a kids salami sandwich and said you would be right back, we waited for you to come back but some time had passed and you hadnt returned so we wrapped up the sandwich and handed it to your grandmother, who brought it up to the counter and told me about the veggie problem and I offered to fix the sandwich. She then told me she wanted to speak to the manager, I told her that I was the manager and she proceeded to say that she wanted to speak to the owner. I told her I was not able to disclose that information. She proceeded to say that this was bad customer service and [redacted] would be hearing from her. I was shaken up by this and I stepped out back to get myself together and in that time (roughly around 5 min) I guess she had taken the sandwich and threw it over the glass barrier as she was walking out the door and said to the worker you can deal with this.
