I hired the company to update the electric on my home to meet the city codes. I was charged $240 for an electrician to be present for the inspection once the work was completed. I was only notified of the scheduled inspection with the city 40 minutes prior to them coming out to my home. My husband was able to go meet the city inspector Mr. Mighty did not show up. The inspector was still there an hour after I was given the time and no electrician showed up. There were several mistakes the electrician made that the inspector was willing to have them correct while he waited. These included a missing seal, missing screws and the ground pipe not being strapped. My husband spoke with the manager Eddy he told us the electrician was not going to make it and they would go meet with the inspector and come back out to make necessary corrections. A week passed with no word from Mr. Mighty my husband called them to get an update. He was told he would get a call back and he heard nothing. He called again the next day and we were given an appointment for 6/30/18 no one showed up or cancelled. We went through the process again of no one calling us and finally had the corrections made. I called to ask if I had been refunded the $240 for the electrician being present during the first inspection and was told no and that it was probably not going to be possible. I asked John and Eddy the manager for the owner and was told by John that he didn't know who the owner was or how to get a hold of him. Eddy didn't want to give me the owners name or contact info either. He said he would call me back it has been a week again with no word. I decided to try to look for the owners name on my own and saw that there is a guarantee on their website"We are so confident we will do the job right, we are willing to say that if you aren’t 100% satisfied you don't have to pay us anything" I am very dissatisfied with my service and am not able to speak with the owner. I want them to keep their guarantee.
