Review: I purchase a mattress a plush mattress an recieved a soft pillow top, I tried calling [redacted] @ [redacted] to make him aware that I recived the wrong mattress, He hung or the phone got disconnected an tried calling no answer, I went the store unable to connect due to the store hours an my schedule,Date payment in full 4/2/13 total charge 300.I went in the store on 4/26/13 an spoke with [redacted] about change owe to me an to tell him that he had given me the wrong item an he ask if I would give him some time,the change could not be provided on 4/2/13 because he didnt have it in the store an the date of delivery the change was not offered ether of ten dollars, I just would like them to know this is not they way to conduct busniess an to recieve to correct product an change thank you
