MR Home Inspector

Potential buyer of our home arranged for this company to do a home inspection. When he showed up at 10 am on March 27/2016 I explained at the door to him that the potential buyer might be showing up near the end of inspection to speak with him and review home herself and that she was coming from Vancouver. Told him no one else would be permitted in our home for the inspection as it was my husbands only day off and he did not want a crowd of people coming in. She showed up 45 minutes before he was through. She walked in without waiting for us to let her in. My husband asked her if she was potential buyer. She said yes and he told her to come ahead in. As she was taking her boots off, my husband walked away. The inspector came up from the basement and whispered something to her at front door. Next thing we know...she leaves without viewing anything and he heads back to basement without a word. Our phone rang minutes later and it was our Realtor asking why we would not let her enter our home. I explained that my husband did let her enter and she took her boots off. Also explained that something took place at front door with inspector to make her put her boots back on and leave. He stirred up trouble where there was no trouble to begin with. She returned an hour later and proceeded through house with him for another hour while they whispered back and forth the entire time. Instead of 2-3 hour inspection, it took 4 hours. He was a trouble making,totally unprofessional, juvenile grown man. Will warn everyone we know no to let this company into their home.
