Mr. Hero

I ordered over the telephone on June 27, 2020. I ordered one large deluxe steak, one large roman burger, one small deluxe steak and one small roman burger. Along with the sandwiches, I ordered one large Waffer fries with cheese and a small mushrooms. When I got home, this was what I received in the bag: TWO large deluxe steaks, 1 small deluxe steak, NO small romanburger, a small waffer and a large mushrooms. The whole ordered was incorrect except for the one large deluxe along with being shorted a sandwich. I called the store and I was told to call back and speak with the manager, Bryon, on Monday. I FINALLY got ahold of Bryon who told who took my order number and said he would have to review the tapes and would call me back. Since then I have called the store on four different occasions and was told Bryon was not there each time but would be told I called. It is now almost ONE MONTH later and I still have not heard from Byron. My order cost $37.60 so it was clearly not a cheap order. I find this extremely poor customer service and to be honest, have not been back to this store since. I will not go back there until there is some resolution to this situation.
