After our company investigated this complaint, it was determined that the damaged was not caused by our companyThe gear shift was working when our driver dropped the car at the desired locationIt is true that the customer was told that we wpuld repair the damage at our repair shop if the damage
to the shifter was determined to be our faultHowever the damage was not caused by our company and thus we assume no liability for this complaint

This person was illegally parked in between a parking garage with no permit and blocking multiple garages. we returned the car when she paid for it the same day. The apartment complex paid half of it so she paid $45 and she still needs to not park illegally or she will be towed again.
