I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I am unable to get to the store without assistance due to my inability to walk without a walker and have been suffering from several serious medical ailments including inflammation of my legs I am physically unable to go to the store but rather I want the store to send an employee to pick up the recliner, which I told them I did not want a recliner redelivered, and I want a credit to the card charged for this recliner.This is the only resolution I will accept because I expressly told the company when they delivered the wrong recliner that I did not want a re-delivery and I wanted the company to issue a credit to my card.Thank you,*** ***

with no any dammage with good condition then the costmer call say not
the right recliner and we went to her home to look it and we found is
the right item same as well she purchased but to make
costmer happy we
told her to come to the store so we can give her cridet and she still
dont show uo and we hope to see her in the store soon to help her ,

We had a follow-up conversation with [redacted], apologized for the misunderstanding and she sent us a check for the full amount of $209.65.Phil S[redacted]Mr. Handyman###-###-####
Review: HANDY MAN CAME TO MY HOME ON TIME ON 7/**/15. HE PAINTED AN OUTDOOR BENCH AND FRAME
AROUND OUTSIDE WINDOW, AND PERFORMED OTHER SMALL CHORES. HE SCREWED UP THE OUT
SIDE UMBRELLA TRYING TO OPEN IT; LEAVING IT SEVERLY TWISTED. HANDMAN SAID IT WAS BROKEN. HOWEVER, MY SON-IN-LAW
FIXED IT IN A SHORT TIME SEVERAL DAYS LATER.
HE PAINTED THE BENCH WITH 2 COATS OF PAINT AND NOTED IT NEEDS 4 COATS; THAT THE STORE
DID NOT HAVE THE COLOR NEEDED. SAID HE WOULD BE BACK "WHEN HE WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD "WITH
THE NEEDED PAINT AND WOULD FINISH THE JOB. I PAID THE BILL BEFORE THE HANDYMAN LEFT.
MY HUSBAND THEN NOTED THAT THE OUTSIDE WINDOW FRAME WAS NOT SMOOTHLY PAINTED AND THERE
WERE VISABLE BUMPS ALONG THE BOTTOM PART OF THE FRAME. ALSO, IT WAS SLOPPILY PAINTED WITH SPOTS OF
PAINT AROUND THE EDGES AND THE WINDOW. I CALLED MR. HANDYMAN SEVERAL DAYS
LATER TO DISCUSS THE WINDOW FRAME, AND TO HAVE THE BENCH PAINTED WITH TWO MORE COATS.
I ALSO SAID I NEEDED ONE OTHER CHORE. A DATE WAS SET, BUT WAS CANCELLED BY THE COMPANY, AND
RESCHEDULED FOR 7/**/15. I WAS TOLD BY THE COMPANY THAT THE HANDYMAN WOULD COME MID-DAY.
I CAME HOME AT 11:45, AND SAW THAT THE BENCH WAS PAINTED, BUT THAT THE WINDOW SILL WAS
UNTOUCHED. A BILL OF 209.08 WAS TAPED TO THE DOOR. THERE WAS ALSO A TELEPHONE MESSAGE FROM
THE COMPANY NOTING THAT THE HANDYMAN COULD COME BACK NEXT WEEK TO COMPLETE THE
SMALL CHORE
I CALLED THE COMPANY NOTING THAT I WOULD NOT PAY IN FULL, AS I FELT THE 2ND TIME PAINTING OF THE
BENCH SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL FEE. I WILL, HOWEVER, PAY FOR THE TWO CANS OF PAINT
WHICH CAME TO $35. I TOLD THE COMPANY THAT THE WINDOW FRAME WAS UNTOUCHED. THE COMPANY
SAID THAT THE WOOD WAS WARPED AND NOTHING, BUT A NEW FRAME ,COULD BE DONE.
MY HUSBAND STATES THAT THE WOOD IS NOT WARPED AS IT IS VERY HARD, AND NEEDS TO BE SCRAPED BEFORE PAINTING.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE THE PUBLIC TO KNOW THAT THE COMPANY OVERCHARGES
AND DOES NOT ALWAYS FOLLOW-UP ON NEEDED CHORES. I WILL NEVER USE
THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IN THE FUTURE, I WILL BE MORE CAUTIONS AND DEPEND
UPON RECOMMENDATIONS RATHER THAN SEARCH ONLINE

This writer had a very positive experience. This company is one of the most professional contractors with whom I have done business: very professional, very thorough at a most reasonable cost. I was very pleased with the work performed. Highly recommend them for any and all contracting and repair work.
