Mr. Handyman of Spokane

Good morning,I have communicated with Mr. [redacted] and offered to refund whatever he thought was a fair amount. He said he would speak with his wife and get back to me on their request. Later, he told me what they felt was fair for a refund and I have mailed that refund to... them. Please note that I have done everything possible to remedy the [redacted] 's shower problems. The problem they have has nothing to do with work completed by Mr. Handyman. The shower walls are old and leak behind the tile. The shower surround needs to be replaced. Mr. [redacted] does not believe me and there is nothing I can do to convince him otherwise. It is unfortunate, but the thousands of dollars of time and material I have put into their home will never regain their confidence in Mr. Handyman.Thank you for giving me an opportunity to respond to this complaint.
