W e are part of a nationwide franchise, the client called the office to inquire about our services and pricing. We told the customer we charge on a time and materials basis,$for the first hour and $for each additional hour plus any materials purchased, the customer then began to explain his work item list,a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, some locks to change a tv bracket to mount and a large mirror,he proceeded to book the appointment for June ***.My technician arrived at am and proceeded to go through work order items and it was decided to retile the entire shower pan,and called me to say that infact he would need a full day to complete all jobs and this was explained to the customer. My technician then went shopping for tiles and other items with clients brother and returned minutes later, the technician proceded to remove tiles from shower pan, adjusted the slope of mud floor as the water was not draining properly and retiled the pan under the constant eye of the clients family. After completing tiling project he installed a new water filter and then proceeded to try and change a door lock but customer had wrong lock for thickness of door. The customers family then decided the technician had taken too long to complete the projects and asked him to leave. My technician was there for just over hours(i have this documented by GPS locator)we billed the customer for only hours of labor plus materials purchased.I spoke with the client several times about the work performed and feel that he was more than fairly treated and has unrealistic ideas of how long projects take

item list,a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, some locks to change a tv bracket to mount and a large mirror,he proceeded to book the appointment for June [redacted].My technician arrived at 7.45 am and proceeded to go through work order items and it was decided to retile the entire shower pan,and called me to say that infact he would need a full day to complete all jobs and this was explained to the customer. My technician then went shopping for tiles and other items with clients brother and returned 90 minutes later, the technician proceded to remove tiles from shower pan, adjusted the slope of mud floor as the water was not draining properly and retiled the pan under the constant eye of the clients family. After completing tiling project he installed a new water filter and then proceeded to try and change a door lock but customer had wrong lock for thickness of door. The customers family then decided the technician had taken too long to complete the projects and asked him to leave. My technician was there for just over 6.5 hours(i have this documented by GPS locator)we billed the customer for only 4.5 hours of labor plus materials purchased.I spoke with the client several times about the work performed and feel that he was more than fairly treated and has unrealistic ideas of how long projects take.

Review: There are multiple issues with service provider.

The service provider is on job on an hourly basis, and has been taking unacceptably long times to finish simple things and charged me unreasonably.

Service provider took 2 hours to shop for simple couple of things and when asked unreasonably claimed that we asked for it. (I made it very clear that it's not important to shop for perfect things and that I'm just looking to fix the problem quickly is my priority) (I sent my relative with technician to pick goods in store, who is very very new to the USA and who doesn't even know the brand names like [redacted] and [redacted] - [redacted] claimed that my relative took his technician around to shopping.)

Poorly qualified technician, couldn't even change locks.

Technician failed to change locks and on top of it damaged existing lock.

Technician, took 5 hours to put tiles in 12 sq ft floor.

Technician broke a surrounding good tile and now caused more damage to the area.

Tile work is very poor.Desired Settlement: The services provided are totally unacceptable and I'd like a total refund.
