My TKunit was taken in for repair 8/7/at TK West in Albuquerque, NMThe work done was (kit way valve rebuild, new expansion valve, replace filter-drier,add freon).The mechanics did not make sure the unit was working properly before having my driver take offMy driver asked they wait to make sure it was working properly (cooling down) but they were closing and didn't waitMy driver told them he was not leaving until they got the unit running properly but they threatened to lock him in the yardMy driver left as we had a delivery next day in Dallas, TXIn Dallas I sent my unit to [redacted] to get my unit checked (8/8/17)After checking the unit, Ivonne D [redacted] at [redacted] called me and told me that the reason why my unit was not cooling down was because the way valve was not shifting due to the piolot solenoid failingShe told me that the piolot solenoid should have been switched out when the way valve and expansion valve were replaced at TK West Albuquerq
