Mr. Gatti's Pizza

It's been close to 2 and a half hours and I still haven't received my order...should I ask for a refund? I usually never have a problem with you guys. Do you really want to lose a good customer? My location store won't even answer their phone.

We, my wife included (***) paid two (2) $50 deposits for children's birthday parties. The parties were scheduled late april and late may. The restaurant packed up and permanently closed and kept our $100 deposit. The parties were notbheld and we were not notified. We are asking for a full refund. We have emailed and trued to contact the company unsuccessfully.
