Mr. Fast Auto Care

I took KIA SORENTO,2004 on 19th April 2019 to Mr. Fast Auto care LTD owned by Mr. , as my car not running smoothly and use to stop on the way, He did the test drive and told my car needs TUNE UP and it will take two days , with the charges all together CAN $400, including all the parts .
As I kept following him and he kept moving the delivery date - so after four days , he called me to come and collect my car in the evening around 7:00PM , As I visit his shop my car was not ready and he told me they need more days and some other parts required and he also called a auto mechanic from some other shop, as his mechanics were not able to find the issue ( my question is if he did not have qualified Mechanic or trained people - WHY DID HE TOO MY CAR FOR REPAIR) Just because he wants to make money not in professional way - And then he promised to repair within next two days and demand to charge me extra CAN $ 800, as I was helpless with no car, I agreed for that amount even which was out of my budget . And now today 25th April , he called and asking for other extra CAN $ 900 , which I did not agree and decided to take my car to other workshop and he is refusing to give my car and asking to pay him now CAN $ 400 to release my car , even my car is not fixed and I need to tow it from his shop . I request please take strong action for such workshop which are against the Auto service Industry and I need my CAN $ 400 to be refunded - which he forced on me to pay, to get my vehicle released for towing to other workshop .

I highly appreciate Revdex.com service and need justices and my right in this case .
