Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] Her answer is almost laughable Did she even read it? They weren't flood lights It was a motion detector light MrElectric installed What does"she provided those in May and we installed at no charge" mean? I sent to the Olympia MrElectric and the corporate MrElectricproof that I paid $1,for those lights I never said the person mowing my lawn "played" with the light I said he fiddled with it They comeout "free of charge"? I paid $for them to come out for "free" No wonder MrElectric is in a mess I hope the Revdex.com notices that the ownerdidn't even bother to answer you That shows something more important than anything I hope you keep this information on file so other people can be saved from them
To Whom It may Concern,We explain to Ms [redacted] that we could not go out and work on her flood lights for free She provided those in May and we installed at no charge(These lights are seven years old.) Per Ms [redacted] she said her landscaping guy had played with the motion lights We never said that we would not honor her plan Recently we went out and change all her batteries in her smoke detectors and carbon monoxide (We do this once a year free of charge)MarieOffice Manager
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: First and foremost, I'm
fascinated by the speedy response when *** (my husband) tried to call for over a week with no response from the owner. Removing "three times the extra work" would render the work we had done inoperable. We did not get a quote for an inoperable system, obviously. We did not as they say request "three times the extra work", that is a fabricationThe original quote was for a amp outlet, a amp outlet, mobile home service, and permit. The agreement was this quote would cover everything to make this operational. Anything additional should've been approved by the owners before actual work was done, especially $over the quote. They added 2-GFI outlets and a amp outlet to the price to the tune of $without our permission. To remove said items would mean an active duty soldier's family with an infant would go without electricity in this cooling climate. That response is unacceptable and unscrupulous. To say we added three times the work is an insult to our intelligence and to our integrity, and is another fabrication in a multitude of fabrications this business is trying to tell. We have witnesses to all transactions should our integrity be in question Sincerely,*** ***
When arriving on site *** *** tripled the work the he wan*** done He did not ask what the extra cost would be We are more than willing to come and remove all the extra work that was done

It was a motion detector light Mr. Electric installed. What does"she provided those in May 2008 and we installed at no charge" mean? I sent to the Olympia Mr. Electric and the corporate Mr. Electricproof that I paid $1,543.34 for those lights. I never said the person mowing my lawn "played" with the light. I said he fiddled with it. They comeout "free of charge"? I paid $646.92 for them to come out for "free". No wonder Mr. Electric is in a mess.
