We have tried to meet with [redacted].  In fact our Operations Manager from Cleveland drove down to Columbus for a scheduled meeting and when he got to the house, her son,  or someone was there in the yard and our Operations Manager was not  allowed into the house to...

meet.  She refused to meet.    What would you  like us to do?????  Our Operations Manager said he will go again, but not to make a 2 hour trip for nothing.  It would have to be a guaranteed meeting.  Our Mr. Electric Columbus Manager said we installed a new panel for $2405.95.  She gave a check for $500.00 and refused to pay anymore.  We have not deposited the check, pending further investigation.  The issue with the furnace being damaged was not something we did.  Our Manager said it was a power surge and unrelated to our work.  Nevertheless, we offered to pay the [redacted] for any damages.  She has refused to give us any receipt or info, so we are unable to do anything.  We have tried to call and have left messages.  At this time, she is getting a brand new Electric Panel for free, and we feel that she has not given us the opportunity to respond.  We are a professional company and we stand by our work and do not appreciate her accusations.
